New Church-Planting Efforts in SE Asia As our Church-Planting Director, Ted is excited about potentially sending teams to a new region of a least-reached country in Southeast Asia. Ted says, “It’s the least-reached region of this least-reached country, and it’s the source of this country’s sex trafficking industry. Bringing the gospel there could be part of the solution.” Ask God to make a way for Encompass to have a presence in this region.

50+ People Watch "Case for Christ" in France On a rainy evening in Paray-le-Monial, over 50 people came to watch the film “The Case for Christ” with our global workers, Dave and Susie! After the film, they enjoyed good discussion together accompanied by refreshments. Several attendees left with Bibles and Christian literature, while eight people asked for a copy of the book, “Qu’est-ce que tu crois?” (“What do you believe in?”) It’s awesome how so many people were interested in this event in this post-Christian country!

The Small Shift that Revitalized Justin’s Prayer Life “I have long struggled with prayer,” admits one of our global workers. Whenever Justin* used to pray, he always did it out of guilt, finding it to be boring and inefficient. But recently, God gave him a small shift in mindset that revolutionized his prayer life. What changed? Instead of viewing prayer as a time of talking to God, he now views prayer as a time of talking with God.
